Thanks to an artistic family, I have, from an early age, explored many media including watercolor, oil and acrylic painting, drawing, beading, design, card making, collage, and mosaic. After studying design, I found my niche in
the graphic design field, and worked as a graphic artist for twenty years.
Since retiring, I¹ve been exploring acrylic painting and collage. My focus has been in working with shapes, and using a bright palette. Discovery of the Citra-Solv technique (thanks to Bob Burridge) opened a whole new direction in collage...I love the look of texture in the ink-smeared pages, and they inspire me.
