Summer’s just around the corner, so Citra Solv is happy to announce the best art contest under the sun:

Art in Bloom

For this contest, Citra Solv challenges our Citra Artists to go out on a limb, branch out a bit and create an original work of art that conveys the season of splendor in the grass:
Summer!

Prizes will be awarded in three categories: professional artists, amateurs, and our newest division, Citra Art Buds. ***

*** For purposes of this contest, an “amateur” artist will be defined as “someone who does not derive a steady income from, or teach, art.” ***

*** A Citra Art Bud is an artist age 12 and under. ***  

Grand Prize: $125 cash
Second Place: $50 gift card
6 Runners Up: $ 25 gift card
3 buds: $15 gift card

How to Enter:
Rules for the Art in Bloom contest are the same as our pre-seeding ones:

• When creating a Citra Solv Mixed Media piece (a multiple-layered artwork), one of the following elements must be included: altering National Geographic paper with Citra Solv; or using Citra Solv for photo image transfers.
  
• Entries should be sent via email as an attachment in jpeg form to CitraArtContest@comcast.net. Please put ART IN BLOOM in the subject line and indicate which category you wish to be placed in.
  
• All entries must be received by midnight EST on Monday, September 30.
  
• When submitting a piece as a Citra Art Bud, please specify artist’s age with submission.
  
• Winners will be announced via Facebook on Tuesday, October 15.
  
• Prizes mailed exclusively within continental United States and Canada.
  
• Original artwork submitted to the Citra Solv Art in Bloom contest may appear online on Facebook and on the Citra Solv website.
  
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
